Numerous different rooms, apartments and holiday homes are available for your holiday at the hotel Garni Zerza. Most of them are in the main house, the rest are found in the neighbouring building. It is located just 200m from the valley station and 5 minutes on foot from the main house. The Bäckerei Moritz bakery is only one minute on foot from the “Talbahnwohnung” flats. It offers a large selection of breads and baked goods. You can also have breakfast there starting at 7 am.

Cancellation – withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation terms and conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival at no charge. For cancellations within 14 days, we charge the following cancellation fees:
- 10 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount for the booked stay
- 6 to 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount for the booked stay
- 1 day befor arrival & the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount for the booked stay
100% of the total amount is billed for unused rooms or in case of premature departure.

Means of payment
- Cash or cash card
- We do not accept credit cards
- Please pay for your stay up to two days prior to departure
- We can only issue ski passes and reduced ski passes against cash payment
Zerza feature – postpone your holiday at no charge
Circumstances may prevent you from taking a holiday you have already booked.
With the Hotel Garni Zerza, you do not necessarily have to cancel your holiday. For a stay of 3 nights or more, you can postpone your holiday at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes to your holiday plans in a timely manner so we can rebook your holiday in the Nassfeld region.

Arrival
You can reach the Hotel Garni Zerza in Nassfeld from all directions by car or environmentally friendy by train. Use the train connection to Hermagor and drive in only 10 min with the station shuttle to the hotel.
